Key Duties and Responsibilities
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
- Sales and Customer Service
- Promote and sell e-bikes and related accessories to walk-in and potential customers
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, payment terms, and warranties clearly
- Assist customers in choosing suitable e-bike models based on their needs
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch sales goals
- Giving flyers, exhibit, & parades for promotion.
- Collection and Documentation
- Collect customer payments strictly in accordance with company policies
- Issue official receipts for all transactions without exception
- Ensure all collected payments are properly remitted and recorded
- Maintain honesty and transparency in all sales transactions
- Inventory and Unit Handling
- Coordinate with the branch or warehouse regarding unit availability
- Ensure proper documentation for released units and accessories
- Report any inventory discrepancies, damages, or missing items immediately
- Sales Reporting and Coordination
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales reports as required
- Coordinate with service technicians, delivery teams, and supervisors
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on payments or inquiries
- Compliance and Professional Conduct
- Follow company rules, policies, and sales procedures at all times
- Maintain ethical conduct and avoid any form of misrepresentation or misconduct
- Protect company assets, funds, and reputation
SALES TECHNICIAN
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales Support and Product Demonstration
- Assist sales staff in explaining e-bike features, specifications, and usage
- Demonstrate proper operation, charging, and safety procedures to customers
- Answer basic technical questions related to e-bike performance and maintenance
- Assemble, test, and ensure road-worthiness of e-bike units
- Install accessories such as batteries, chargers, controllers, lights, and other components
- Repair and Troubleshooting
- Perform basic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of e-bikes
- Diagnose electrical or mechanical issues and recommend solutions
- Coordinate with senior technicians or suppliers for complex repairs
- After-Sales Service and Customer Support
- Provide after-sales technical assistance and warranty support
- Educate customers on proper care, charging, and maintenance of e-bikes
- Handle customer complaints related to technical issues professionally
- Inventory and Parts Management
- Monitor and properly handle tools, spare parts, and accessories
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of parts used or replaced
- Immediately report missing, damaged, or defective parts or units
- Compliance and Professional Conduct
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and technical procedures
- Ensure honesty and integrity in handling company property and customer units
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
