-Manage an intensive overhaul with at least 100MW coal-fired capacity in a powerplant setting

  • Able to establish and manage operational objectives, key performance indicators and standardize business processes and metrics across national operation

  • Able to manage the operational processes and functions required for the safe and efficient operation of KEPCO SPC Power Plant

  • Able to successfully manage the standard requirements for the compliance with company safety and environmental policies

  • Able to oversee the day-to-day plant operations and reporting of the facility through monitoring and trending of equipment status

  • Able to maintain a proficient and productive work force

  • Capable to manage the processing, approving, closing and status reporting of fault notifications, work orders, isolations and the monitoring of the "Permit to Work" system

  • Able to establish an annual Cebu productivity plan, track and build contingency plans to meet financial and operational commitments

  • Effective in preparing reports and coordinate discussions with Korean Headquarters

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of any relevant Engineering Course

  • Minimum of 10 years extensive experience in power plant and auxiliary equipment maintenance and management

  • Excellent in written and verbal communication and can easily adapt to an expatriates and multi-lingual working environment

  • Can efficiently prepare reports and effectively coordinate, discuss with Korean Headquarters

  • Is proficient in MS Word and Excel

  • Must have good interpersonal relationship skills

  • Must be willing to work in City of Naga, Cebu
