Key Responsibilities


• Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils


• Cleaning kitchen surfaces, floors, walls, and waste areas


• Ensuring all hygiene and health & safety standards are followed


• Assisting chefs with basic food preparation (peeling, chopping, portioning)


• Unloading and storing deliveries correctly


• Taking out rubbish and recycling


• Keeping storage areas tidy and organized


• Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods

Skills & Requirements


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Good teamwork and communication skills


• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety


• Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods


• Willingness to learn and follow instructions


• Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential

Working Conditions


• Shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays


• Hot, busy, and sometimes noisy kitchen environment
