Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and analytical Management Trainee to join our Commercial Division. This role is ideal for high-potential individuals looking to build a career in FMCG sales management through hands-on execution of sales operations, project management, KPI monitoring, and Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Measurement

  • Set and monitor regional KPIs and stretch targets
  • Ensure monthly review and performance tracking
  • Maintain reporting systems that drive accountability

Route-to-Market (RTM) Strategy

  • Execute RTM plans aligned with national directives
  • Identify issues and propose strategic improvements
  • Track savings and efficiencies from RTM transitions

Regional Projects Execution

  • Lead or support special regional projects (e.g., Agua Vida 5G, Call Center, PPS reconfiguration)
  • Support implementation of new sales models (Trade Developer, BDS transition)

Reporting and Analysis

  • Consolidate and submit regional sales reports
  • Provide insight-based recommendations to Commercial leadership
  • Collaborate with Sales, LGUs, and Outlets to ensure business continuity
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field

At least 5 years' experience in FMCG sales or route operations (preferred)

Strong analytical skills, project execution, and reporting experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
