Job Title: Swimming Tutor Trainee [Preferrably BSED / PE Majors]

Schedule: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM OR 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Compensation: ₱500 - ₱700 per day (Commensurate with experience)

The Opportunity:

This position offers a strategic pedagogical development pathway for aspiring educators. We are selecting high-potential candidates specifically BSED and Physical Education majors to undergo a comprehensive "train-the-trainer" curriculum. This role allows you to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical application, mastering the art of instruction, class management, and motor-skill development in a dynamic aquatic environment.

Key Accountabilities:

In this role, success looks like:

• Pedagogical Application: Translate theoretical teaching concepts into practical instruction. You will learn to break down complex swimming strokes into teachable components suitable for various learning styles.
• Instructional Leadership: Develop the confidence to command a class, manage student attention, and provide constructive feedback—essential skills for any future classroom teacher.
• Safety & Risk Management: Master the protocols of physical safety and student supervision, ensuring a secure learning environment (a critical competency for PE professionals).
• Curriculum Execution: Collaborate with senior instructors to execute structured lesson plans, monitoring student progress and adapting teaching methods to ensure skill acquisition.

Candidate Profile:

We are seeking an individual who demonstrates:

• Education & Experience: Preferably a BSED Student (Major in Physical Education / MAPEH) or an Education student passionate about sports coaching.
• Trainability: No prior teaching experience is required. We are seeking candidates with a "growth mindset" who are eager to learn our specific instructional methodologies.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic physical fitness and coordination. You do not need to be a competitive swimmer, but you must be willing to enter the water and learn proper techniques alongside your students.
• Professional Attributes: High energy, vocal clarity, patience with learners, and the professionalism expected of a future educator.
