  • Canvassing of materials, supplies, tools, equipment, furniture, office supplies and other commodities and services needed by the company.
  • Collate 3 price quotations and seek approval for purchasing procedure.
  • Process purchasing procedures such as preparation of Purchasing Order (P.O) to be submitted to supplier for order placement.
  • Monitoring status of delivery.
  • Receiving of purchased commodities and checking that it conforms to the approved P.O.
  • Proper turnover of purchased item to concerned personnel ( Inventory)
  • Prepares weekly/monthly reports ( Stock Releasing & Received - SR & R)for the purchased materials, supplies, tools, equipment, furniture, office supplies and other commodities and services needed by the company.
  • Coordinating with Sales / Inventory personnel in charge of materials, supplies, tools, equipment, furniture, office supplies and other commodities and services that need to be re -stock/purchased.
  • Price monitoring of commodities in the market that the company sells.
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
