To be assigned in a food manufacturing company (near Arnaldo Highway corner Governor's Drive, General Trias, Cavite) of one of the biggest multinational conglomerates in the Philippines.

What you'll be doing / General Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible in the effective manning of personnel, safety (OSH) and correct implementation of cleaning, sanitizing, disinfection and safety methods for warehouse and production areas

  • Ensure safe and effective operation of cleaning and disinfection activities

  • Ensure that production and warehouses pass hygiene audits, cleaning and disinfection validations and provide the necessary root-cause analyses (RCA) and troubleshooting. etc.

  • Ensure that the cleaning and disinfection program documents and certifications are complete and available

  • Work with the Quality Assurance Team in the effective implementation execution of cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting standards.

  • Respond to internal HR-related requests, maintain personnel-related forms, data, and records, and submit payroll reports and others as necessary.

  • Conduct safety training and other trainings related to the cleaning and disinfection program, if necessary.

  • Perform any other duties to achieve the KPI and other task as may be assigned by the management.

What we're looking for / Qualifications

  • Strong background in personnel manning (planning and scheduling)
  • Knowledge of cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting in the production and warehouse areas
  • At least BOSH Safety Officer 2 Certified
  • Must have a Bachelor's/College Degree, Food Science, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a related field is required for this position.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to manage a team
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem management, and time management
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • College level or vocational course graduates with more than 5 years of supervisory experience in the related field are welcome to apply
