Key Responsibilities:

  • General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial transactions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with the Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS).
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collection.
  • Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank and credit card reconciliations to verify financial data and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Auditing: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, preparing schedules, and responding to auditor inquiries.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with other departments to assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Expense Monitoring: Track and analyze company expenses, identifying areas for cost reduction and financial improvement.
