About the Role

We are looking for a Fulfillment Specialist to join our Warehouse Operations team. The Fulfillment Specialist ensures the accurate, efficient, and timely processing of client orders—from picking and packing to dispatching. This role also maintains quality control standards, monitors daily workflow, and collaborates with other departments to achieve operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee order picking, packing, and dispatching to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor workflow and optimize processes to meet daily fulfillment targets.
  • Use fulfillment tools or systems to track and manage orders and update clients as needed.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and proper packaging.
  • Investigate and resolve client complaints or fulfillment issues.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and safety.
  • Generate and analyze reports on fulfillment performance and document any discrepancies.
  • Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory tracking software, and fulfillment tools.
  • Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes — picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
