Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant to support full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation and optimization projects. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, configure, and enhance Sales and Distribution processes in the S/4HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Configuration

  • Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and Fit–Gap workshops for SAP SD.
  • Configure SD functionalities including Order-to-Cash (OTC), pricing, billing, credit management, delivery processing, shipping, and output determination.
  • Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects and support integration with MM, FI, WM/EWM, and PP.

Implementation & Project Execution

  • Support all S/4HANA project phases: blueprinting, realization, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT preparation, and issue resolution.
  • Assist in data migration activities for customers, pricing conditions, credit limits, and sales documents.

Business Collaboration

  • Work with Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to optimize end-to-end OTC processes aligned with S/4HANA best practices.
  • Provide functional guidance on sales reporting, returns management, intercompany processes, and partner functions.

Training & Documentation

  • Prepare and deliver user trainings, SOPs, process flows, and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Maintain functional specs, configuration documents, and test scripts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–8+ years experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
  • Strong understanding of SD processes: OTC, pricing, billing, shipping/logistics, credit management, and returns.
  • Experience with integration points (FI, MM, PP, EWM/WM).

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php80, Php120,000.00 per month
