About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team and help transform data into actionable insights through advanced analysis and visualization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI and other business intelligence tools to design and develop interactive dashboards, automate data collection processes, and create data models for reporting purposes. This role requires an analytical thinker who can collaborate across teams and efficiently translate business requirements into meaningful data solutions.

Responsibilities

Dashboard Development:

  • Design, create, and maintain interactive dashboards for reporting, forecasting, and analysis using Power BI.

  • Integrate third-party data sources and use DAX functions to automate data processing and analysis.

Data Analysis:

  • Perform exploratory data analysis and data modeling techniques to identify patterns and summarize features.

  • Connect data sources, import data, and transform data for business intelligence.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Partner with various business units to develop insightful reports and analysis.

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in dashboards and reports.

Training and Support:

  • Facilitate learning sessions for Power BI users.

  • Provide technical assistance to users of Power BI and IT systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, SSIS, SSAS, and Restful APIs.

  • Strong knowledge of data-mapping, ETL processes, data-modeling, and dashboarding.

  • Familiarity with database programming and business intelligence tools.

  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Attention to detail and sensitivity to data security.

  • Prior experience in the construction industry is an advantage but not required.

  • Ability to articulate business processes and requirements across all levels.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to decision-making.
