About the role

CCFCC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. As a Maintenance Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our mining equipment and assets. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance plans to maximise equipment uptime and productivity.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules and work orders for all mining equipment and assets
  2. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities
  3. Analyse equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  4. Collaborate with the engineering team to implement proactive maintenance strategies and recommend equipment upgrades
  5. Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs to drive continuous improvement
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations
  7. Provide training and support to the maintenance team to enhance their skills and capabilities

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Planner or similar role in the mining industry
  2. Strong understanding of mining equipment and maintenance best practices
  3. Proficient in using maintenance management software and data analysis tools
  4. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  5. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  7. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related field
