The BIM Modeler supports project teams by developing accurate 3D models and construction documents. This role focuses on modeling, detailing, and documentation for architectural and engineering projects handled by Aidea Inc.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update BIM models based on approved designs
  • Produce accurate drawings and construction documentation
  • Coordinate with architects and engineers on model updates
  • Follow Aidea BIM standards and project workflows
  • Support clash detection and coordination reviews
  • Ensure tasks are completed on schedule and with quality
  • Maintain organized project files and model versions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Drafting-related field
  • 2–4 years of BIM modeling experience
  • Proficient in Revit and/or Archicad
  • Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused
