Senior BIM Specialist

The Senior BIM Specialist is responsible for BIM strategy, standards, and technical leadership across multiple projects. This role ensures efficient BIM execution, quality control, and continuous improvement aligned with Aidea Inc.'s services.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation across multiple projects
• Develop, maintain, and enforce BIM standards and workflows
• Provide technical support and advanced BIM solutions
• Review BIM models for quality, coordination, and compliance
• Mentor BIM staff and support skills development
• Coordinate BIM requirements with clients and consultants
• Support BIM automation, QA/QC, and process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 8–10 years of BIM experience, including leadership roles
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Archicad, and Navisworks
• Strong understanding of BIM execution and coordination processes
• Excellent mentoring and problem-solving skills
