The Medical Clinic Officer serves as the first connection between a patient and Greenfields Dermatology Clinic. They play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing the front desk, coordinating appointments, receiving payments, and handling patient inquiries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and receive patients warmly;
  • Manage calls, texts, emails, and messages on social media daily;
  • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar;
  • Confirm appointments and send patient reminders;
  • Receive payments, prepare and issue receipts for payments (printed);
  • Answer inquiries and attend to patients' concerns in a timely manner;
  • Assist patients in filling out their registration form and retrieve patient charts before their appointment with the doctor;
  • Communicate with other staff to relay important information;
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and inviting;
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages;
  • And perform other functions which may be assigned from time to time.

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least two years of college education
  • Medical/healthcare background is an advantage
  • AT LEAST 1 year experience in customer service
  • Proficiency in English, Filipino, and Kapampangan is an advantage
  • Strong and professional communication and interpersonal skills, both onsite and online (will handle social media inquiries)
  • Proficiency in using computer software and applications such as Microsoft Office (OneNote, Word, OneDrive, etc) and Google Drive
  • Problem-solving skills when it comes to managing patient flow and addressing patient concerns
  • Seriously looking for work
  • Willing to be trained
