Role Description

The Associate Director, Senior Associate, and Associate roles at HC Global Fund Services are full-time positions
based in the Philippines with a hybrid work arrangement, offering a combination of office and remote work
. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Team members will collaborate with clients to provide customized solutions, meet operational needs, and uphold industry best practices in all service areas. These roles contribute to delivering high-quality service in areas such as fund operations, investor relations, and tax and treasury services.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting
    , and preparing Financial Statements
  • Excellent knowledge in Excel and Word functions,
    Financial Analysis, and Reporting Tools
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and has a good business understanding of financial concepts and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, maintaining communication and collaboration across remote and in-office interactions.
  • Experience in the fund administration and alternative investments industry is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field;
  • CPA license or relevant equivalent certifications are preferred.
