Operations Associate

We're looking for an operations associate to support and strengthen our day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination across fulfillment, stock management, and delivery.

Arrangement: Full-Time - Mon-Fri; Hybrid- Makati

What You'll Do:

  • Working across multiple teams to help resolve edge cases, improve internal processes, and ensure both individual customers and partner accounts are served efficiently
  • Managing and improving B2B Operations—this involves handling requests and orders from partners, coordinating deliverables, and establishing clear SOPs between partners and GoRocky's internal operations
  • Assist in managing daily operations including order fulfillment, stock monitoring, and pharmacy coordination
  • Support resolution of edge cases and operational blockers to ensure orders are completed on time
  • Assist with evaluating RTS (return-to-sender) cases and creating process improvements to reduce them
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution across logistics, pharmacy, and customer-facing operations
  • Monitor and manage stock levels for both B2C and B2B orders, ensuring replenishment is timely and well-tracked
  • Draft and maintain updated SOPs for operations workflows to ensure alignment across teams

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–2 years experience in operations, logistics, fulfillment, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to multitask and stay on top of different moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, order tracking tools, and basic project coordination software.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in healthcare, logistics, or e-commerce startups.
  • Familiarity with process documentation and SOP development.
