I. JOB SUMMARY

The Checker performs all checking and other front end courtesy duties and always makes sure the cleanliness in and outside of the warehouse.

II. JOB GOAL

Checker ensures the 100% accuracy of items loaded in the truck to be delivered and items received from the suppliers.

III. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment.

● Receive deliveries from concessionaires, consignments, and outright.

● Verify the items received vs. required documents.

● Counting and confirming inventory.

● Inspecting items for damage.

● Communicating errors to immediate superior.

● Marking and labeling stocks.

● Arranging and storing in an accessible manner.

● Loading and wrapping stock on pallets.

● Ensure the proper usage of warehouse equipment.

● Other tasks assigned by immediate superior.

  • Evaluation

  • Evaluation will be done on monthly basis by WH & Logistics Head

IV. QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

● High school diploma or equivalent.

● 1 to 2 years working experience in the same field.

● Proficient in Microsoft office such as Word, Excel

● Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

● Forklift operation is a plus.

● Highly organized and could prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

● Should possess a self-motivated working under minimal supervision and be service-oriented.

● Have a high degree of honesty and integrity.
