Megaworld Corporation is seeking a skilled Risk & Insurance Associate to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in managing and mitigating the company's risk exposures, ensuring our operations remain compliant and financially secure.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify, analyze, and evaluate potential threats to the organisation
  • Develop and implement robust risk management strategies to minimise the impact of identified risks
  • Manage the company's insurance portfolio, including policy renewals, claims processing, and regular policy reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risk management practices are integrated throughout the organisation
  • Monitor regulatory changes and compliance requirements, updating policies and procedures as needed
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management on the company's risk profile and mitigation strategies
  • Support the implementation of risk management systems and tools to enhance data-driven decision making

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • With 0-1 year of experience in a risk management or compliance role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical information to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies, insurance management, and regulatory compliance
  • Familiarity with risk management software and data analysis tools
  • Collaborative mindset, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams
