About the role

UNO Adventure & Holidays is seeking a dedicated Visa Officer to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Visa Officer, you will play a crucial role in processing and managing visa applications for our customers, ensuring they have a seamless travel experience. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

  • Reviewing and processing visa applications, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements
  • Providing guidance and support to customers throughout the visa application process
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and related documentation
  • Liaising with relevant government agencies and embassies to facilitate the timely processing of visa applications
  • Staying informed about changes in visa policies and regulations and communicating these updates to the team
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as required to support the overall operations of the company

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 year of experience in a similar visa processing or customer service role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and stakeholders
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle complex visa-related queries
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and IT systems for visa application processing
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
