Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Salesman to join our Commercial Division. You will be responsible for hitting route sales targets through effective selling, account servicing, and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-year college education in any course
  • With a professional driver's license 12/AB
  • Preferably with 2 years solid experience in Sales
  • Knowledge of FMCG, sales processes, and route selling
  • Good communication skills and confidence in client engagement

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Merchandising

  • Achieve/exceed daily and monthly sales targets
  • Implement sales promotions and pricing programs
  • Ensure product rotation and proper display in outlets
  • Avoid stockouts and minimize bad orders

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and review sales kits and delivery documents
  • Collect payments and ensure accurate invoicing
  • Submit transaction reports to TDS and AR Analyst
  • Complete admin reports (DSPM, Market Score Sheet)

Routing & Customer Interaction

  • Follow daily itinerary and route plan
  • Conduct inventory reviews, upselling, and opportunity checks
  • Emphasize excellent service and customer satisfaction
  • Remit collections and supervise load-out/load-in activities
