Summary

We are seeking a Merchandiser Support to join our Merchandising team for our UK e-commerce business. This role will provide essential administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth processes across purchasing, supplier coordination, and data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise purchase orders in Odoo
  • Upload product information into Odoo
  • Maintain delivery schedules and housekeeping tasks (Excel-based)
  • Upload purchase orders into our ERP system
  • Chase deliveries and follow up with suppliers
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding order-related queries
  • Respond promptly to customer service inquiries
  • Manage data and maintain accurate Excel records
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Merchandiser

Skills Required

  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Systems Knowledge

  • Familiarity with Odoo (desired, but not essential)

Schedule and Setup

  • Midshift | Remote

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
