We are looking for a Government Fleet Sales Specialist to join our Sales team.
This role plays a key part in driving growth in the government sector and ensuring the efficient management of fleet sales opportunities across the dealer network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unearth, nurture, and close government fleet opportunities, contributing to the achievement of overall fleet sales targets.
  • Coordinate closely with BYD dealerships and government accounts to ensure compliance with corporate and fleet regulations.
  • Track and monitor the status of government fleet applications, providing insights on pain points, opportunities, and closing ratios.
  • Spearhead government presentations, negotiations, and tailor-fit mobility solutions for accounts.
  • Monitor and update reports and dealer fleet claims, ensuring all documentation is processed promptly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers and local government agencies to support fleet initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate has sales experience, with strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. They are detail-oriented, able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and thrive in a field-based role requiring close coordination with dealers and government accounts. Proficiency in MS Office and a results-driven mindset are key.
