Job Role: Jr. Maintenance Planner
Job Summary: The Plant Jr. Maintenance Planner is responsible for optimizing the maintenance activities and scheduling for the crushing plant to ensure maximum equipment reliability, availability, and performance. This role involves coordinating and planning maintenance tasks, managing spare parts inventory, and collaborating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency. Supervise the equipment inspector.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Planning: o Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance plan for the aggregate plant, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. o Schedule maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime while maximizing operational efficiency.
Resource Allocation: o Coordinate with maintenance personnel, contractors, and vendors to allocate resources effectively for planned maintenance activities. o Ensure that the necessary tools, equipment, and materials are available for scheduled maintenance tasks.
Spare Parts Management: o Manage the inventory of spare parts and consumables required for the aggregate plant. o Identify critical spare parts and maintain appropriate stock levels to reduce equipment downtime.
Safety and Compliance: o Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring that maintenance activities are performed safely. o Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
Data Analysis: o Collect and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for maintenance planning. o Implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies as needed. o Implement time-based or conditioned-based maintenance as needed.
Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and performance metrics. o Generate regular reports on equipment reliability, maintenance costs, and downtime. o Implement work order system
Continuous Improvement: o Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance plant performance and reduce maintenance costs. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions.
Training and Development: o Provide training and support to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. o Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in crushing plant maintenance.
Responsibilities of Maintenance Planner and Scheduler:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities
- Develop a weekly schedule and assist the maintenance foreman or operation supervisor in determining job priorities
- May assist the warehouse (store) and purchasing functions
- Identify, analyze, and review equipment maintenance problems with maintenance foreman and operations supervisor
- Assist in educating operations personnel in management
- Assist the Safety Officer to implement safety practices
- Assist the Equipment chief inspector to implement 1st and 2nd level inspection.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php19,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

- Maintenance Planning: 1 year (Preferred)
- Spare Parts Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Resource Allocation: 1 year (Preferred)
