The Financial Compliance Associate is responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all financial, regulatory, and operational compliance requirements. This role involves monitoring compliance with debt covenants, tax regulations, financial reporting standards, insurance policies, and various governmental and operational obligations. The Financial Compliance Associate will work closely with internal departments, external auditors, and regulatory agencies to ensure the company's continued compliance and mitigate potential financial or legal risks.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial management or its equivalent.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws and corporate governance standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to manage deadlines under tight time pressure.
  • Ability to work with high level of details and also see bigger picture.
  • Adaptable to changing requirements of the business.
