About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Financial Planning Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models, analyzing business performance, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with various departments to ensure financial plans align with operational goals and help drive efficiency, profitability, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and financial models.

Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.

Prepare clear, accurate, and timely management reports and presentations.

Partner with department heads to align financial plans with operational needs.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track variances against targets.

Support process improvements and automation of reporting tasks.

Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or budgeting.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

CPA, CMA, or CFA certification is an advantage.
