Senior Financial Planning Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Senior Financial Planning Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing financial insights and strategic guidance to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership on financial planning and forecasting
  • Design and implement financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and sales margin analysis
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting to meet business needs
  • Develop and maintain complex financial spreadsheets, charts, and reports

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Professional knowledge: Ability to assemble, communicate, and present information clearly; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; Strong analytical/critical thinking skills
  • Soft skills: Ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously; Commitment and ability to meet critical business deadlines; Self-starter with strong organizational skills; Exceptional attention to detail
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, with at least two years of relevant experience
