Responsibilities:

  • Responds to questions about products, services, warranties, and return/refund policies.
  • Processing claims, returns, and refunds coordinating with relevant teams (technical, logistics, etc.).
  • Addressing customer complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and service activities
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by following up on service requests and addressing any remaining concerns.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.
  • Assisting in the development of after-sales service procedures and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships.
  • In-depth understanding of products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to collaborate with others and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Able to work on-site in BGC, Taguig City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
