Responsibilities:
- Responds to questions about products, services, warranties, and return/refund policies.
- Processing claims, returns, and refunds coordinating with relevant teams (technical, logistics, etc.).
- Addressing customer complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and service activities
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by following up on service requests and addressing any remaining concerns.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.
- Assisting in the development of after-sales service procedures and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships.
- In-depth understanding of products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to collaborate with others and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Able to work on-site in BGC, Taguig City.
