About the role

KAYA Korean Restaurant is seeking a talented and customer-focused Service Crew to join our team in Mandaue City, Cebu. As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our valued customers. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in the success of our bustling restaurant.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Taking and processing customer orders accurately
  3. Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  5. Assisting with general restaurant duties as needed
  6. Providing exceptional customer service at all times

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or similar environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  4. A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
  5. A team player who is willing to pitch in wherever needed
  6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
