We are looking for hardworking, trustworthy people to join our restaurant operations team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our stores.

Job Description:

Service Crew work with their managers to ensure smooth operations of their assigned branch. Crew are trained for and assigned to different stations and contribute to the team efforts to achieve sales and performance targets set by the Company. In general, Service Crew are expected to:

  • Consistently deliver on food quality and speed of service by following procedures and guidelines set by the Company
  • Maintain orderliness and cleanliness for their assigned work area and contribute to overall sanitation and cleanliness of the store
  • Provide good customer service and attend to customer needs
  • Deal with customer feedback with a positive attitude
  • Perform assigned tasks in compliance with and to uphold food safety standards for products prepared and served to customers
  • Comply with company procedures and guidelines set for store inventory
    management, cleanliness and sanitation, cash control and other related
    aspects of store operations
  • Assist their managers and colleagues whenever necessary to ensure smooth and effective store operations

Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years old or above
  • Open to high school or senior high school graduates. College level applicants are preferred
  • Open to all genders
  • Must be physically fit and able to stand and stay active for long periods
  • Must be willing to undergo hands on training and do physical work
  • Must be able and willing to work in rotating shifts
  • Past work experience in food industry is a plus, but not required

Work Schedule:

8 hours per day, 6 days a week, shifting schedule depending on shift rotation
