We are Hiring HR supervisor

Key Responsibility Overseeing Daily HR Operations: Managing the day-to-day administrative and functional aspects of the Human Resources department .

Employee Relations: Handling employee issues, conflicts, and grievances, ensuring a positive work environment, and conducting exit interviews.

Recruitment and Onboarding: Assisting with recruiting efforts, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.

Training and Development: Organizing and coordinating training programs for both new hires and existing staff to foster career growth and improve skills.

Performance Management: Working with managers to address employee performance issues and supporting career development initiatives.

Policy and Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company HR policies and relevant government labor laws, regulations, and benefits requirements.

Administrative Tasks: Processing various administrative duties, including completing required paperwork for new employees and managing personnel files.

Managerial Support: Advising department managers and business leaders on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to achieve business.

Key Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

2+ years of experience in HR. Strong understanding of employment law and regulations.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Tact, compassion, and sensitivity to cultural diversity.

Ability to adapt to stressful situations and manage change. Willing to Start Asap Baliwag Area
