Customer Service Representative – Account Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for tenants, property owners, property managers, and maintenance coordinators regarding maintenance requests and work orders.

  • Track and manage work orders using property management platforms.

  • Coordinate with contractors and maintenance/network staff to ensure timely completion of jobs.

  • Communicate with all stakeholders regarding scheduling, updates, and follow-ups on maintenance concerns.

  • Review vendor invoices and ensure accuracy before submission for payment through the customer portal.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities and communications.

  • Monitor open tickets to ensure service standards and timelines are met.

  • Provide regular status updates to tenants, property owners, property managers, and maintenance coordinators.

  • Assist with vendor onboarding and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management, facilities coordination, landscaping maintenance administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with property management and maintenance coordination software is a plus.
