Job Description:

We are looking for a Formworks Supervisor who will take charge of monitoring, managing, and controlling formworks materials across different projects. This role ensures that formworks are well-tracked, maintained, and utilized effectively to support smooth construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the in and out movement of formworks materials.
  • Oversee and update the inventory of formworks.
  • Conduct site visits to check formworks materials.
  • Report the condition of formworks – good, for repair, or replacement.
  • File and organize transfer slips of formworks materials per project.
  • Coordinate with site engineers and warehouse teams for proper material handling.
  • Ensure timely reporting and accurate documentation of formworks usage.

Qualifications:

  • With experience in formworks management or related construction supervision.
  • Knowledgeable in inventory control and material tracking.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willing to conduct regular site visits.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
