Job Summary

The Independent Security Operations Governance Manager will serve as a neutral party responsible for overseeing and coordinating the performance, compliance, and operational alignment of subcontracted security agencies engaged by the company. This Manager ensures that service delivery meets contractual obligations, regulatory standards, and operational excellence without direct affiliation to either the company or the subcontracted agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Governance & Oversight

· Monitor and evaluate agency performance against KPIs, SLAs, and compliance benchmarks.

· Conduct regular audits and site visits to ensure adherence to safety, legal, and operational standards.

· Facilitate resolution of disputes or escalations between the company and agencies in a fair and impartial manner.

· Contract & Compliance Management

· Review and validate agency contracts, ensuring alignment with DOLE regulations and industry standards.

· Track license renewals, certifications, and other regulatory requirements.

· Ensure agencies maintain proper labor practices, including wage compliance and benefits administration.

· Operational Coordination

· Act as liaison between the company and agencies for scheduling, deployment, and incident reporting.

· Recommend process improvements and standard operating procedures to enhance service delivery.

· Support onboarding and offboarding of agencies, including due diligence and documentation.

· Reporting & Analytics

· Prepare monthly performance and compliance reports for the company leadership.

· Analyze trends and risks, proposing mitigation strategies.

· Maintain a secure and confidential database of agency records and performance metrics.

Key Qualifications:

· Proven experience in general management, human resources, and operations, preferably in security, facilities, or outsourced services.

· Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, DOLE compliance, and vendor governance.

· Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to remain impartial.

· Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Criminology, or related field.

· Full-time, independent contractor status.

· Reports functionally to a designated the company governance contact but operates autonomously.

· Based in Metro Manila with field visits across agency sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
