The Role: Site Engineer

We're looking for a Site Engineer who is ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact. While experience is great, we believe in giving you support, and be a stepping stone for your growth.

Experience:

  • Open to Fresh Graduates

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-Site Presence: You'll be actively present at the construction site, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring everything stays on track. It's a hands-on role, and you'll be directly involved in problem-solving and ensuring smooth execution along with our team.
  • Progress Tracking: Each week, you'll document accomplishments against project milestones and deliverables. You'll help keep the project on schedule and ensure everyone's accountable.
  • Productivity Reporting: You'll monitor the team's performance, compare actual output to planned targets, and report on manpower productivity. You'll learn the tools and metrics we use to keep everything aligned.
  • Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors (QS): You'll assist in quality control and cost management, ensuring the project stays within budget. This is a key area of growth, and we'll provide the resources to help you gain the expertise you need.
  • Client and Material Coordination: You'll manage project documentation and material requests, ensuring everything is in place to keep things running smoothly. The systems may be new to you, but we'll make sure you're up to speed.
