Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license required;
  • With OHNAP Training Certificate (Occupational Health Nursing Training).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience; occupational health, emergency/urgent care, or construction/industrial experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers' compensation processes, and workplace injury management.
  • Strong communication, assessment, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • CPR/First Aid/AED certifications required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide immediate medical care for workplace injuries and illnesses, including first aid and emergency response.
  • Conduct employee health screenings, fit-for-duty evaluations, and return-to-work assessments.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records in compliance with company policy and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate and manage workers' compensation cases, including communication with claims adjusters, physicians, and employees.
  • Support health and safety programs such as respiratory protection, hearing conservation, and substance testing.
  • Participate in job site inspections to identify potential health risks and collaborate with the Safety team on corrective actions.
  • Deliver training on injury prevention, ergonomics, hazard awareness, and general wellness.
  • Track and analyze health data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and local occupational health regulations.
  • Promote a culture of safety, wellness, and injury prevention among all employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php26, Php28,000.00 per month
