Job Summary

  • We are looking for a meticulous and detail-driven Analyst – Broker Data to support our customs and compliance operations. In this role, you will be responsible for consolidating data from ACE Reports, Entry Summaries (CBP Form 7501), and Commercial Invoices, and performing structured validation checks to ensure the data is complete, accurate, and compliant with UCT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and reconcile data from various sources including ACE (Automated Commercial Environment) reports, Entry Summaries, and Commercial Invoices.
  • Perform detailed validation steps to verify accuracy and completeness of critical trade data.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in customs entries, working with internal teams and customs brokers as needed.
  • Ensure alignment between import documentation and internal records for audit readiness.
  • Maintain organized documentation to support internal audits, post-entry corrections, and claims processes.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring data issues and recommending process or system improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customs, Supply Chain, Logistics, Trade Compliance) to communicate findings and ensure timely resolution of data issues.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting data validation metrics, error trends, and compliance KPIs.
  • Stay updated on U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) reporting requirements and changes in data reporting formats or standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably import data.
  • Familiarity with ACE Reports, Entry Summaries (CBP Form 7501), and commercial invoice structures a plus
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleansing techniques).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
