As a
Data Analyst – Route Development
, you will play a critical role in supporting air service development initiatives through data intelligence, market insights, and analytical reporting. Your work will directly contribute to route expansion, tourism growth, and positioning our airport as a premier gateway in the region.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze aviation market data to identify route opportunities and passenger demand trends
  • Support airline business cases through traffic, revenue, and performance analytics
  • Utilize aviation databases and tools (e.g., MIDT, OAG, Cirium, Sabre) for strategic insights
  • Build dashboards, forecasts, and performance trackers
  • Prepare professional reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and airline partners
  • Summarize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for decision-making
  • Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and tourism stakeholders on route initiatives

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related field

2–4 years' experience in aviation analytics, airline network planning, business development, or data analytics

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas)

Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills

Experience working with aviation data sources (MIDT, OAG, Cirium, IATA, ACI)

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building route development business cases

Familiarity with forecasting models and predictive analytics

Exposure to aviation forums (Routes, ACI, IATA) or tourism partnerships
