Inside Sales Manager

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives across your region to achieve our sales and talent development goals within the market. You will be responsible for setting the direction and empowering your Inside Sales team responsible for new customer acquisition, existing account management, and working with our channel partners to accelerate growth.
Responsibilities & Duties
o Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead, coach, and mentor the inside sales team to enhance their skills and performance, driving them to meet and exceed sales quotas.
o Strategy & Planning: Design and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to increase sales efficiency and overall revenue growth.
o Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, track KPIs, and use data analysis to ensure team productivity and success.
o Sales Process Management: Manage the overall inside sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, building customer relationships, and closing deals remotely.
o Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing and operations, quoting, customer SLA, sales promos, improve sales processes, and ensure customer needs are met.
o Account Management: Manage key accounts for Reps on leave/sick, identify opportunities for growth and retention.
o Sales Training: Conducting regular training sessions and providing coaching to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
o Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
o Sales Pipeline/CRM: Managing the sales pipeline, overseeing the qualification, follow-up, and closing opportunities
o Complexity: Handling complex customer inquiries and negotiations, offering guidance to the team when needed.
o Communication: Ensuring effective communication and collaboration between sales, marketing, and vendor team.
o Forecasting: Ensuring accurate forecast and timing of forecast updates from Team
Skills & Competencies
· 3+ years of successful sales/relationship management experience
· Previous or current IT Team Lead/Management experience
· Leadership presence and ability to collaborate cross-departmentally
· Examples of working collaboratively with peers to solve complex problems for the betterment of the team
· Organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines
· Proven relationship building skills, tenacity, resilience and interpersonal skills
· Track record of quota achievement and YoY growth
· Fluent English
Preferred Qualifications Strategic Selling Experience
· 2+ years of experience managing a team in B2B sales, operations, or a similar environment with a proven track record of overachieving goals
· Experience building relationships/interfacing with Senior leaders/Channel leaders
· Understanding of wider Cyber Security Market / solutions portfolio
Qualifications & Experience
· Previous sales experience
· B2B sales experience is required for this role
· Achievement of Sales Quota
· Channel experience or similar
· Channel experience must include partner management, distributor relations, or reseller programmes
· College qualifications.
· Bachelor's degree required
· Ideally a Cyber or Security background but not essential
· Team Player
