Your Role:

As a  Digital Marketing Specialist,  you will :

  • Website Management -Manage and update the  website to ensure content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Optimise website structure, navigation, and content for user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance website functionality and performance.
  • Implement and/or utilise tracking and analytics tools to measure website performance and user behaviour.
  • Ensure website security and compliance with industry best practices.
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO optimisation, and technical SEO improvements.
  • Plan and execute SEM campaigns (Google Ads etc) to drive targeted traffic and lead generation.
  • Monitor and report on SEO/SEM performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Keep up to date with the latest search engine algorithms and trends.
  • Social Media Management
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Create and schedule engaging content, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and enquiries.
  • Analyse social media performance metrics and optimise content accordingly.
  • Explore new social media trends, platforms, and tools to enhance engagement.
  • Paid Advertising Campaigns
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid digital campaigns, including Google Ads, display advertising, social media advertising, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Develop ad creatives, landing pages, and A/B testing strategies to maximise ROI.
  • Monitor and adjust campaign performance based on key metrics and business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with advertising policies and trends to ensure campaign compliance and effectiveness.
  • Lead Generation & Sales Support -  Develop and implement lead generation strategies to support sales objectives.
  • Optimise digital campaigns and website conversion paths to generate high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
  • Media Monitoring & Market Insights - Conduct regular media monitoring to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Identify online opportunities to leverage and optimise Supagas' PR, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on digital trends and campaign performance.
  • Use analytics tools to generate insights and drive data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Online Brand Visibility & Enhancements - Ensure Supagas maintains a strong and professional online presence.
  • Identify and implement enhancements across digital channels to improve brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor and support the management of online reviews and reputation management strategies.
  • Develop and manage content marketing initiatives such as blogs, case studies, and customer testimonials.
  • CRM & Marketing Technology Stack - Support the implementation and administration of the future Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Identify and recommend marketing technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure CRM and marketing technology stack support lead generation, customer retention, and sales alignment.
  • Work closely with IT and sales teams to integrate digital marketing efforts with business operations.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution and reporting.
  • Set up and manage performance tracking across all digital marketing initiatives.
  • Use Google Analytics, CRM reports, and other tracking tools to monitor campaign success.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing ROI.
  • Activity reporting, create and maintain a reporting structure for content, campaigns, monthly reports and dashboards.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to achieve overall department and business objectives.
  • Collaborate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, as well as external agencies and suppliers to plan, implement and deliver the digital marketing strategy and support the overall marketing function.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, SEO and other digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS and web development and application tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability in social media strategy, content planning and channel management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation and media monitoring tools.
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across multiple locations.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive brand engagement and lead creation
