Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Intern/Associate Consultant. The role is fully remote with occasional onsite opportunities for consulting or training deliveries. The Intern/Associate Consultant will assist with analysis, research, and development of reports and materials. Tasks will include supporting client engagements, delivering presentations, and contributing to organizational transformation projects.

  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in creating presentations and documentation
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communication, Research or related field is preferred
