  • MUST HAVE at least 5 years of AUSTRALIAN EXPERIENCE with Self Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF).
  • 5+ years hands-on experience working with Australian SMSF regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements
  • Handle SMSF administration, accounting, tax, and audit requirements.
  • Work with SMSFs involving complex transactions, such as unlisted unit trusts, overseas trusts, and cryptocurrency (training on cryptocurrency provided, but you must be eager to learn).
  • Adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and be flexible in managing priorities.
  • Conduct quality control and final reviews to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide SMSF technical support to the broader team.
  • Handle SMSF processing, data entry, reconciliation, and working paper preparation.
  • Replying to the clients' e-mails and requests.
  • Maintain accurate timesheet records and meet deadlines consistently.

  • Proficiency in SMSF software (BGL360) is compulsory. Experience with XPM, FYI, Content Snare, Ignition (highly desirable).
