Job Description

  • Responsible for ensuring strategic goals are met through forecast modeling, capacity planning, collaboration and effective communication, while ensuring forecast alignment with strategic goals
  • Responsible for the overall oversight of WFM tasks and strategies to include: Forecasting and capacity planning, Scheduling, Real-time monitoring.
  • Interface with leaders to understand the fast changing business needs and make updates where necessary
  • Lead projects and improvements to drive efficiencies in the team
  • Coordinates with third party partners on the headcount requirements and monitors agency performance and compliance

Requirements

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferably with prior experience in the Warehouse, E-commerce, Logistics field under an Workforce Planning and Management or Agency Management
  • Able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Keen to details and highly organized
  • Knowledgeable with MS and Google Applications
  • Amenable to be assigned in Podium, Pasig
