Functions to perform:

  • Assist the CMD Head in managing a team of Engineers/Architects, including reviewing specifications and bidding documents (if required), attending project meetings, submitting regular accomplishment reports, and providing support for Civil Engineering.
  • Ensure that all Job Orders are delivered on time; within the approved budget; within the approved scope & specifications; and with good standard quality.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with project team members and clients. Keeps open communications with the following people on site: General Foreman, Leadman, Timekeeper & Warehouse Man.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure projects comply with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates to his/her immediate supervisor: daily manpower loading & progress reports.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment on project sites.
  • To handle other immediate project tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

What we need from you:

  • Completed a bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Passed the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) licensure exam for civil engineering.
  • With a leadership role experience.
  • Adept in MS Office, AutoCAD, PM Software
  • Can start immediately
  • Available to work in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City
