Job description:

Nutritionist/Outlet Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the cafeteria outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Implement and uphold operational policies, procedures, and company standards.
  • Monitor and manage labor efficiency, ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet operational demands.
  • Conduct daily pre-shift briefings to align the team on service expectations and operational priorities.

Guest Experience Management

  • Ensure excellent guest service by maintaining high standards of hospitality and service quality.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Train and coach staff on guest service excellence, emphasizing proactive problem-solving.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.

Product and Quality Management

  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistency in product quality and portioning.
  • Conduct spot checks on food presentation, portion sizes, and product freshness.
  • Report any product quality issues to the Area Manager and coordinate corrective actions.

Labor Management

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of service and kitchen staff.
  • Create staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage while controlling labor costs.
  • Monitor employee performance, provide on-the-spot coaching, and address disciplinary issues as needed.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and development programs to enhance staff performance and growth.

Inventory and Cost Control

  • Oversee daily inventory management, ensuring accurate recording and minimal wastage.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and coordinate with the Purchasing Manager to ensure stock availability.
  • Monitor product usage and recommend adjustments to control food and labor costs.

Reporting and Communication

  • Submit daily operational reports, including sales, inventory, and incident reports.
  • Communicate key operational updates to the Area Manager.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
