Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing and Service Assistant, based in Quezon City with some work-from-home flexibility. The Marketing and Service Assistant will be responsible for providing customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting administrative tasks, and assisting in marketing and sales activities. The role involves day-to-day interactions with clients, leads generation, managing customer inquiries, and helping to implement marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication
  • Experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Administrative Assistance capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
  • Proficiency in digital tools and marketing platforms is beneficial
