Your Role:
As a Senior Software Tester, You Will

  • Lead design and architecture
  • Own technical quality of applications and integrations
  • Mentor and coach junior/mid developers
  • Partner with architects, product owners, and stakeholders
  • Contribute to agile ceremonies & continuous improvement
  • Ensure scalability, security, and performance
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce standards
  • Support production and incident response
  • Report directly to the Tech Lead, collaborating daily with other developers, testers, and analysts to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.

What You Need:
Non-negotiables

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, including leadership or senior QA roles
  • Proven experience in both manual and automated testing across complex applications.
  • ISTQB Advanced Level certification or equivalent desirable.
  • Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
  • Proficiency in API automation using Supertest, REST Assured, or Postman.
  • Advanced SQL and database validation skills.
  • Experience integrating automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Performance and load testing experience (JMeter, k6).
  • Cloud testing knowledge across Azure and AWS environments.
  • Deep understanding of Agile and DevOps QA practices.
  • Mobile and cross-browser automation testing experience
  • Security testing basics, Infrastructure-as-Code validation, and AI/ML-based testing exposure.
