You contribute to the ING One Agile Way of Working and safeguard the Orange Code

Own a master or bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of eperience.

Have proven eperience in Data Lake / Data Warehousing platforms, specially within Data Marts Modeling, ETL processes and Reporting, including value proposition design, performance improvements and platform data quality monitoring.

Knowledge on the IBM InfoSphere platform (or similar).

Knowledge on Data Governance and Quality frameworks.

Knowledge on reporting tools such as Micro Strategy, IBM Cognos, Power BI and SQL.

Knowledge on the new trends about data management such us Data Fabric, Data Mesh, Data Virtualization …

Agile working eperience for more than 2-3 years

Be able to communicate clearly (written and oral) to different stakeholders (advanced English is required)

Be able to participate in the definition of data platform in strategic terms, linking current events and business strategy.

Have strong analytical skills and create models to take decisions based on data and facts.

Have strong analytical and judgement skills (recognize key information, organize problem identification, research, various methods of analysis, establishment of connections, etc.)

Be a team player, stimulate cross-border interaction and alignment between people, Squads & Chapters.

Be curious, passionate about innovation and stay on top of trends and developments within Data world.

Are creative and a pro-active out-of-the bo thinker who likes to work in a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment.
