We are looking for diligent and detail-oriented HR and Admin OJT to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in various HR and administrative functions, helping prepare them for a professional career in a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment tasks (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
  • Help in onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Maintain and organize personnel files and HR documents
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Assist in preparation of HR reports and memos
  • Coordinate internal meetings and help in logistics for trainings or events
  • Handle basic HR inquiries and employee concerns under supervision
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by HR/Admin staff

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in BS Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related course
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and office procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and willing to learn
  • Can work onsite and follow instructions well
  • Able to accomplish required OJT hours as per school guidelines

OJT Details and Requirements:

  • MOA and Acceptance Letter from the University
  • Schedule: Flexible (depending on academic schedule)
  • Allowance: P150.00 per day
  • Certificate of Completion will be issued upon successful completion

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 2 months
