POSITION SUMMARY

Programmer Trainee is responsible for managing Java/Java EE application development while providing support in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.

His/her responsibilities include designing, developing and delivering high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
  • Write well-designed, testable, efficient code
  • Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
  • Prepare and produce releases of software components
  • Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review

Qualification

  • Completion of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT – Software Development and similar disciplines
  • Open for fresh graduates
  • Experience in
    Java programming language
    is required
  • Internship experience in the Banking Industry is an advantage
  • Adaptable, proactive, and open to continuous learning
  • Effective both independently and in team settings
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Amenable for Onsite Training in Makati office
  • Amenable to work on Hybrid set-up with 3x a week onsite in Makati
